Strategic Planning of Your Experiment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beamtime is a valuable and limited resource. To make the most of your allocated time, we strongly recommend that you develop a prioritized experiment plan.<br>Start with the most critical measurements and reserve less time-sensitive steps for later phases of your beamtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Familiarize Yourself with TARLA Facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to your experiment, review the technical capabilities of the beamline and laboratory infrastructure you will use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For detailed beamline specifications: [Beamlines at TARLA]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User manuals and technical documentation: [User Resources]<br>If you have questions, contact the relevant beamline or technical personnel in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Register Your Experiment Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants who will access the facility or contribute to the experiment must be registered through the TARLA User Portal.<br>Only approved team members will be granted facility access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Complete Required Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety and facility-specific training is mandatory before participating in any experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modules may include radiation safety, lab protocols, and emergency procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training certification may need to be renewed if expired or outdated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Declare Your Samples and Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All materials, samples, and experimental equipment must be declared through your user project well ahead of your beamtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submissions should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow proper review and approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late changes may not be approved in time for your scheduled session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>? Safety Review Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All declared samples and materials are subject to safety assessment.<br>Experiments involving chemicals, biological agents, or nonstandard procedures may require additional documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be provided for all classified or hazardous materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Shipping Your Samples<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are shipping materials to TARLA, please ensure they arrive at least one week prior to your scheduled beamtime.<br>Label all packages clearly with your project name and designated beamline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Ethical Approvals (If Applicable)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experiments involving the following require ethical approval prior to beamtime:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Human-derived biological materials (e.g. tissues, blood samples)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animal-derived materials (e.g. tissue samples, fluids, cells)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>?
