Please check your spam folder if it doesn\u2019t arrive promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once confirmed, you will set a password and receive your username via a second email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your credentials are valid for both the User Portal and the TARLA online training platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? <strong>Note:<\/strong> Before joining a project or submitting a proposal, your institution must have a valid <strong>Institutional Access Agreement<\/strong> with TARLA. You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View and edit your project under <strong>Home \u2192 My Projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your team, materials, equipment, and related documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access original proposals and submission history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each scheduled beamtime requires a <strong>valid electronic permit<\/strong>, which must be signed by a project representative before starting the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permits include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authorized samples and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety measures and access conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designated users attending the session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To add team members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the email address they used to register in the TARLA User Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All users must have completed training and accepted user agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amendments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes to your samples, equipment, or team after project approval must go through an <strong>Amendment Review<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit at least <strong>2\u20134 weeks before your scheduled beamtime<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late amendments (within 2 weeks) may not be processed in time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only <strong>approved items<\/strong> can be used during your experiment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples of required amendments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New samples not listed in the original proposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of additional laboratories or support infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support and Accessibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TARLA is committed to providing an inclusive research environment.
